How to Respond to Price Shopping Customers in the Floral Industry

My question is, how do you respond to a brides email saying thanks, but sorry I found another florist almost HALF your quote.

I work from home and always try to meet up in person to weed out the price shoppers, rather than FB, email etc.

How can I educate customers that what I would order/create is totally different to what someone else would order/create so you can’t really compare prices without sounding rude? OR do I just say No problem and move on?!

This scenario is so familiar to us, isn’t it?
